gtv v6 clutch parts req. point me in the right way

right... thrust bearing gone on my clutch and was hoping for it to last til end of month but whining bearing noise now so severe that you cannot hold a conversation in the car when doing more than 20 mph.

alfaholics do a kit at £385 +vat and i am thinking of doing just that. not wanting to or have time to trawl through fleabay or stuff to get bits and miss a few. does anyone know of any other specialist offering the complete package of flywheel and gta clutch with all the seals, bolts and bits needed for a better price??

getting the car in monday so need to sort.

ps front wishbones too.

cheers folks

I take it the £385 doesn't include fitting?

The clutch itself is about £150 for a GTA one from somewhere like shop4parts, and a 2.5 flywheel will be about £50 secondhand from ebay...

EB Spares do one for £362 24v Dual mass flywheel conversion for alfa romeo gtv parts and spares
but you'll save at least £100 sourcing the parts yourself.
It cost me just under £200 on parts once I'd had the flywheel skimmed.

If you do get the parts yourself, make sure you get the shorter bolts with the flywheel.

Have you thought about a Q2 while the clutch is being changed?
