Looky Looky A Close Call

Driving to work this morning i noticed there was a rattling / rumbling noise coming from the top end of the engine, when i got to work i decided to have a closer look.
It seemed as if it was the tensioner for the Auxillary drive belt.
This lunchtime i decided to investigate further, resigning myself to use a spare car from work to get home tonight.
As i removed the cambelt cover it became apparant what the problem is, the top jockey wheel for the balancer shaft belt was loose and about to fall off into the cam belt and pulleys.
All i have done for the time being is cut the belt and remove the offending jockey wheel, while i wait for a new one to arrive once i order it.
After spending nearly £3000.00 on a rebuilt engine 4 years ago the last thing i wanted was another rebuild.
Since having the rebuild, nearly every problem iv'e had has been related to the work done.
1 Front wheels loose
2 Under tray missing ( they lost it )
3 Incorrectly routed PAS hose which chafed and dumped all it's fluid
4 Wiring loom chafed on rear of inlet manifold due to incorrect routing , causing oil warning light to illuminate.
5 Front subframe loose at rear mount's.
Luckily i havbe been able to attend to all problems as i work for a Garage and i am also a qualified technitian so it has just been annoying more than anything else, but if i were someone who doesn't know anything about cars it would have been a different story.

Every time i see an Alfa Romeo, i raise my hat.
Henry Ford

Whenever i see the front of a Gtv i become sexually aroused.

That was very lucky. Where abouts was this work done out of interest?

You can PM or instant message me if you don't want to make it public.

It was done like i say 4 years ago by Riverside Engineering in Twickenham, i didn't have the time to do it myself and i was in Car Sales then.
They appeared fine at first, then the alarm bells started to ring when i went to pick her up and the 12 month warranty required them to service the car every 3000 miles at £205.00 a pop.
The first thing i did was drop the oil and use Selenia 20k.
