Just done mine, the torque to remove the old nut was suprisingly little, no need for the big tommy bar but give it plenty when you put the new one on. No surprises really. A puller's handy if your old bearing stays in one but its just as likely to come apart leaving the inner stuck to the shaft. Some gentle angle grinding will sort that. I recall someone has put some photos on the forum so do a search if you want a confidence builder. Took me a couple of hours but a large part of that was applying some paint to the back plate and other bits while I had it all apart.
