B pillar replacement - easy fix!

The job of fitting a new b-pillar track and rubber appears quite easy to do, but I wonder if any of you out there have any advice.
i suppose the options are fit the track and then slip on the rubber, or fit the track and rubber first then fit do body of car.
I'd appreciate the advice as at 28 for a bit of plastic and rubber, they aren't cheap.

B Pillar.....

Hi nicklong.....i've got this job to do very shortly as well....

I was planning (unless anyone wants to point me/us in a different direction) to fit the plastic rails first so that I can get it spot on the pegs and then push the rubber on afterwards. If you've already done yours please let me know how you get on.
