99 gtv cv joint

My left side cv joint needs replacing and i was told by the local motor factors that there are 2 types for the gtv. Anybody know if this is the case?

I assume 1 type for the 2 litre versions and 1 type for the 3/3.2 litre versions.

Looking on eper there is two different drive shafts for the 2.0lt CF2 but only 1 outer and inner CV joint? Also on the rear there is two different hubs for different types of ABS, assuming there is two different types of ABS for the front and its built into the outer joint then it would make sense to have 2 different ones? I'd be interested if anyone knows for definate as i think i need one myself.

And if anyone needs an inner CV joint they are the same as were fitted to Ford Granada's, my local motor factors did me one for cheap as they had had it sat on the shelf for years and pretty much given up selling it!

Eper is a bit confusing. 2 driveshafts and one outer and inner cv joint. Ebspares say that they don't do cv joints and that its a special part from alfa, a complete shaft for 293!! All i can do is take the cv joint off and bring it in to the motor factors which means car will be off the road.
