FINALLY i have found what's wrong with my spider, it's a dirty great hole somewhere towards the engine end of the exhaust (never thought this could cause a serious problem with cutout etc, but then none of my previous cars have ever had a fancy computer working out airflows etc...)
it sounds fabulous but i have to get it fixed, it's a pain to drive.
older threads on here seem to be rather derogatory about kwik-fit style matching parts. so any other lo-cost recommendations? i'm more interested in decent sound than weight (i think the car could use a little more weight down there, might improve the scuttle!?). but being the sort of tight-a*s who called the AA to get a diagnostic I don't want to spend more than £200, any good places in surrey and any good exhaust tips?

Bad luck..
I presume the OE exhaust is mild steel then? The autodelta one sounds fabulous, very 355-esque. A guttural sound from low down to a glorious howl at high revs. Make sure its the 'extra loud' version.
