An AR dealer should be able to tell from the Reg number.
One of the surest ways of recognising an import is if hasn't got the Chassis number etched on to the Glass. Value wise I should think about 10% down on UK supplied, so long as it's full UK spec.
The dodgy service history would worry me more, were the 12K and 36K services done, if so was it at an AR dealer. Where was the PDI done?.
