DIY is it possible??????
Ive recently been told by an Alfa specialist that my rear suspension bushes are 'shot to s*%t' (for want of a better phrase!!). He's quoted me £400 but i can get the parts from Ebspares for £195. However, this is going to require my old man getting his hands dirty under the car. Has anyone else attempted to replace the trailing arm, swinging arm and top link bushes??? If so, is it relatively easy and will he require any specialist tools to do the job?
Ive been advised by EBspares that to remove the existing bushes it is better to cut them out rather than use a press?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
