Steering Wheels

I have just bought my spider and i think that the previous owner may have left it in storage over the winter and the steering wheel now squeaks whenever it turns right!! Has anyone else had this problem and do you know how to fix it!?!

Is it just catching on the steering column cowling? You could try squirting some WD40 down the back of the wheel. Make sure you have plenty of rags with you!!
Have you tried moving the steering wheel to a different position?? Does it still do it then??

I think it will be something and nothing, but annoying none the less!!

Mine does that, give it a good yank towards me occasionally, that sorts it (errr..... the steering wheel that is!).

But will try 'lifes answer to everything'..... WD40
