Rebuild your top end. Bit of head work, quick whistle round your manifolds. Bigger valves and porting if you need new valves? Is it OK for unleaded? What about a couple of lumpier bumpsticks while you are in there?

Must be cheaper than a whole new lump?

If you tweak the top end, will the bottom end be up to it, especially if you are going for a few more revs??

What are the costs involved for each? If you need to pay for a rebuild anyway, will it be much more to incorporate the go faster bits?
What mods do they do to get 160bhp?
Is it a performance cam and performance head?
