Bloody lorry drivers...

Just had a lorry totally swing right into my lane on a roundabout and scrape all down the front passenger side bumper, wheel arch and mirror...
bugger.. so annoying.. grrrrrrrrrrrrr

The guy admitted responsibility etc - so the question is - what's the best way to get it sorted? Are 'chips away' any good for quite big deep scratches?
Is it worth taking it to the official dealer body shop??

any tips?? (apart from attaching James Bond style misslies and blowing every lorry I see off the road ) frown

If he is going to pay, I would get two reputable body shop quotes and present them to him as a done deal and tell him you will be going ahead with the cheaper one. (Decent body shops are usually within 10% of each other on labour costs).
