Honda Civic x 2
Fiat Bravo 1.4 (multitude of electrical problems, and a new engine! - but nice care to drive)

I'm going to see if I can top the 50+ bear with me!

1969 Vauxhall Viva SL- had to wear wellies when it rained
1972 Mini (Lusted after white Alfasud but amount of rust put me off but the seeds were sown)
1978 Mk4 Cortina Ghia 2.3V6 Auto - Stolen
1978 Opel Ascona 1.9 SR Berlina
1981 MK5 Cortina Ghia 2.0 Auto
1984 Escort Ghia 1.6 Auto
1984 Cavalier SRI
1987 Orion Ghia - White Wheels - Phew!
1989 Cavalier 1.8 GLi
1990 Rover 220 GTI
1991 Mercedes 190E
1992 Calibra 2.0i
1994 Rover 827i Sterling
1996 C-Class Mercedes Espirit 2.0
1995 Audi A4 2.6 SE
1997 ALFA ROMEO 146 Ti
1998 Volvo V70 SE (7 seats for the kids - wife never forgave me for part-ex-ing the Alfa)
2001 Vauxhall Zafira (7 bigger seats)
1993 Honda Prelude 2.3 VTEC - weekend toy
2002 Jaguar X-Type 2.5 Sport - 40th Birthday present
1999 BMW Convertible 323i
1992 Mazda MX5 - weekend toy & restoration
1993 Mazda MX5 - another restoration
2006 Golf 1.6 - most boring car ever
2001 ALFA ROMEO GTV 3.0 V6 - still miss this car but my back couldn't take the powerflex modded ride
2005 Ford Fiesta Ghia - the kids "Learner" car
2000 BMW 323i SE Coupe - Terrible seats. Had to call the fire brigade to extricate me from the car if I drove it for more than 30 minutes
2008 ALFA ROMEO 147 Collezione. Still own.
2005 Jaguar S-Type R - current car. Insane speed. 16 position seat adjustment. Back now fine

OK totted-up and it doesn't reach the 50+ marker already set but I haven't included my wife's cars. What it has made me realise is that (1) my two favourite brands are Alfa Romeo and Jaguar, (2) i've grown out of the mainstream brands like Ford and Vauxhall and (3) German cars have no soul and don't engage with you PLUS I don't like being associated with BMW drivers. You know, the ones who would never dream of letting you out of a side turning.

Brera next??...or will that be another back ache

Here goes, first post!

'86 Vauxhall Nova 1.3sr, ratcar, rather nasty,
'88 Peugeot 205 GTi 1.6, absolute hoot!
'90 Fiat Uno diesel, Slow and loud but weirdly charismatic,
'91 Citroen ZX 1.9 diesel, Boring, Boring, BORING,
'01 plate Fiat Siecento Sporting, Go kart, bit buzy long distance
'97 plate Alfa 146 1.8TS, just purchased, fun and hopefully reliable!

Few Italian cars there, to be fair I was given the ZX and the Uno. Amition is to get the 146 handling as well as I remeber the 205.

Short, but I've quickly established Alfa as my car of choice:

Vauxhall Nova 1.4SR
Alfa 145 QV
Alfa GTV 2.0 TS

I can't see this list getting any longer for the time being either.
