Bubbling from Dash?? Coolant??

Hi Everyone,

I am emailing from Australia, where my beloved 99 model GTV V6 is making some wierd noises. I have changed the thermostat and water pump after they both died around 6 months ago. I also got the radiator repaired for a small leak. Now the rad is leaking VERY slowly but somehow it is still losing water. On top of that, there seems to be a bubbling noise behind the dash, it seems to be movement related, not revs and happens at cold and warm water temps. Do you know what this is? Please dont tell me its my head gasket!
BTW, this engine has done 177,000 kms! Timing belt was done 10k ago.

Why dont u change the radiator? Sometime they block up inside as they get old, well thats happened to my Gtv.

Sounds like you have air in the coolant.

It tends to sit in the heater matrix behind the dash then gets moved around when you run the engine.

I would replace the radiator then bleed the coolant properly.
