Put Clear repeaters on my own at the weekend, which is a Green colour. They really suit the car, make it look a lot modern than 97! At first though, took a while to get used to, who's stolen my side repeater covers!
Got mine off ebay, fully E marked, originally sourced from Germany. Work well, amber bulb flashes as it should.
To get my amber repeater off, I found an implement that was like a blunt plastic screwdriver in the toolbox. Goodness knows where or what it came from. The amber repeaters have a slight notch nearest the wheel, I was able to get in that, prise it out a bit, then using a plastic spoon started to prise the other side. Once the seal was broken and the clip was pressed in, it came out no problem.
Word of advice though: On the drivers side, the wiring connector popped off and back into the wing! Took a cabletie "noose" and another helper to try and fish it out again, so make sure you grab the connector
It's one of those simple subtle mods that make a bit of a difference to the look. (Along with new standard narrow-font numberplates, new badges, a phase 2 grille and a good T-Cut).
