Not Happy red leather dilemma!

Hi all, I've had my GTV for about a month now and it came time to clean the leather. Now I have the problem that whatever cleaner/treatment i use leaves big red patches on the cloth that i use, as if the product is taking the colour out of the seats. Was wondering if anyone has experienced this, and if they did, what produts don't cause it!

Re: red leather dilemma!

Never had that on my car, apart from where I've treated part of the seat with some leather dye, so I think your seats have been treated with a red polish or dye at some point. For the record, the dye worked wonders, and I use their cleaner and conditioner (which seriously smells of leather) on my seats.
