Re: Throttle issue! Advice please.
I don't think that there is any problem with the ECU, it certainly would not cause Headlamp bulb or rear screen demister to fail.
The airbag light is often caused by poor connections under the seat, often brought on by someone moving the seat whilst the ignition is switched on. The connections should be made good and then the light reset by someone with the diagnostics kit.
Rear screen demister failure is often caused by a poor connection under the dashboard or a somewhat melted fuseboard caused by this poor connection, check both and make good any bad connections before sorting out any possible fuseboard problems.
Headlamp failure is probably just one of those things. Cheap bulb, grease on the glass from your fingers whilst fitting or just bad luck.
Not sure about your main problem, does sound much like MAF or Throttle Body problems. You could try unplugging the MAF and see what happens. An improvement with it disconnected would suggest that is the problem.
There are lots of Threads on all these problems except the Headlight bulb failure. A search on the Forum will give you lot's of info and you could get everything diagnosed pretty quickly.
I don't think you have any really major issues, good luck.
