OMP Website and YB Racing
Just had a very distasteful dealing with YB Racing (an authorised distributer for OMP).
I ordered front and rear pads using the OMP websites part number finder. The fronts fitted fine (after I removed the excess paint from the edge of the pad). The rears however would never fit in a month of sundays. I have since been told that there should have been more questions asked after what year is it? i.e what brake manufacturer? and what size disc?.
As these options where not there I presumed that there were no variables.
After a few e-mails I was given a full refund for the pads themself but I am out of pocket for the return postage cost.
Am I wrong to be annoyed by this? The money is not the issue, it's the attitude.
Am I just used to much better service.? In my industry if we sell something that doesn't do what it says on the tin, we pay the return costs and give full refunds.
I certainly will not be using OMP nor YB racing again.
Is there a blacklist for suppliers out of favour?
