Each mod is special and thrills for a while.
In 2002 I upgraded the brakes to Red Dot drilled & grooved discs with Ferodo / Red dot pads and braided hoses made a massive difference to stopping power and feel
In 2003 I added a Bodykit - mainly Autodelta - and was thrilled by this - I kept looking back at the car again after parking up.
Next I added the BMC CDA helped the engine rev more freely and improved the sound - I was thrilled again by the enhancement to driving.
Next I did the HID headlights and PIAA Fog/Sides/Beam - much more
and much better vision.
Suspension was next - better handling and a 30mm drop using Novitec adjustables.
I think I was the first in the UK to get the Q2 diff, so that fitted with a lightweight clutch a few years ago reinvigorated cornering.
I was also pretty chuffed with a change to Red Momo interior from Black a few years ago. Makes the car much more special.
Last year I upgraded the exhaust system. The Alfaholics downpipe, decat and mid-section made the car much more responsive
But it was too loud so I was really thrilled by the Ragazzon rear section which tamed the noise to a beautiful sound - I finally have the sound and feel I want after 7 years of ownership.
And I have just changed to a private plate - J4GTV. I put a narrower plate (still 100% legal) so the front end looks much lighter.
So each one is a thrill and enhances the ownership experience almost as much as a change of car would do. The best one? I'm very shallow I guess so the red momo interior is my favourite as I enjoy that each and every time I look at the car or drive it.
