Pheewwww.... only just caught my breath... made no sense to me, I'm obviously not 'hip enough' to read the short hand txt speak... but from what I can gather, try Elephant / Admiral or Adrian Flux who seem to be pretty good on GTV's... now where's that oxygen...
im gonna "big up" Swift cover...Im 25,4yrs no claims and it works out at.....................260 fully comp per year!!
Word of warning about compare the market...they arent the cheapest, they will give you a good guestimate but after seeing which is cheaper,go directly to that company...
Also didnt really understand you!! and iv been trying to make out the maths for 10minutes now!
basically deciphered it means the more voluntary excess u say u willing 2 pay u get a low excess and low policy and if u say u willing 2 pay low excess u get offered a high excess an policy admiral excess 2 high an poiicy slighly more .one call were best 4 me 300 excess just over 500 on policy .concentrate people im dyslexic ha
u think u lads got probs, im a 19 year old half italian, italian car lover with a gtv
come on insurance rape me
With a barnacled whale !
I now use a local broker who are brilliant, year on year my insurance is getting lower £530.00 Fully comp, no excess on the policy.
When i bought the Gtv to replace a T.S 156 all the main players wanted £1800.00 f/c.
last year when i was 20 with 2 yrs ncb, insured with elephant/admiral - £1400 (previous car insured by Norwich Union, wudnt insure me because i wasnt 21, diagnosis quoted UNhappy!) this year, im 21 with 3 yrs no claims, was expectin insurance to drop to bout 800, confused.com cheapest was tesco 1100, comparethemeerkat.com (ha ha) cheapest was around the 2000 mark from sum sill company, i still hadnt recieved quoted from most of the major companies, so just some advice, dont always go with what they say, check who hasnt quoted you. Norwich union wanted 2300 (which is more than what i payed for the car). Anyway, after all the time wasted on search sites, i thought i would try direct line as they cannot be found on a search site or broker (hence the name) and to my joy and surprise insurance quoted at.............£800 fully comp
there is probably more people with an sp30 on their licence than people without. a pal of mine told his insurance company and even THEY sed to him, oh its nothing to worry about then, most people have got one
