Funny squeaking in my boot!

Much to my horror both my GTV and Spider had become home to two of the local four legged furry things. Both cars have been on the drive for a month or so while I was finishing the inside of the garage. The other day I opened the boot of the GTV to re-connect the Battery when I almost "pooped" myself. With head in the boot I caught sight of a brown mouse scuttling off through the hole by the boot struts .

On further investigation the damage was limited to a chewed boot seal, old towel and a roll of foam. A trap was hastily installed and later next day the culprit was brought to justice! .

Just to be on the safe side I installed on in the Spider and much to my disgust another was found.

I find it hard to think that both cars have something missing, giving access to these little XXXX. There must be an access open to the outside world as part of the card design. Anyone else had furry visitors?

Mines a shoggy....whats YOURS?

My dog says my ALFAs "RUFF".. what does he know , he's a dog!

Take the cheese out the inside if the spare wheel in both cars and you'll be laughing!

Alternatively remove old cheesy smelling socks!

Re: Funny squeaking in my boot!

I believe that mice can get in through as small a gap as 6mm diameter, as long as the head fits the rest will follow.

As to where this small gap may be - well, they are both Alfas with the renowned build quality !
