Maybe a stupid question, is the TS' wheel arch the same with the 3.0 one?
I'm wondering if I can fit 225/40/R18 (8x18) ET35 (Toora T670) on my 2.0 TS Spider with no problems of rubbing or so.

Damn you all! You got me thinking about the Blackline 18's now, quick and dirty Photoshop on the car and now I've got to have a set!!!

So, where's the best place to get them? Italian Ebay seems reasonable at around 700Euro delivered. Any idea what mainstealer prices are?

Strange request, but has anyone got a picture of a GTV on Lancia Delta Integrale Evo 2 (...I think its 2 anyway) wheels? Compomotive TH2 wheels anyway.

Trying to picture it in my head, would have done a quick potatochop of it, but the batteries in my wireless mouse have gone

I photoshopped a set of those Integrale wheels onto a GTV a while ago, didn't work at all, which surprised me as I'm a big fan of those Integrale wheels normally. They seemed to clash with the lines of the GTV and looked too small (I mocked up 17" versions)......

Yes they are not shiny but just normal Alfa silver.

Bought mine from Italian ebay a couple of years ago, genuine Alfa. Unfortunately the seller only sells Sparco stuff now and no longer wheels

There is always a lot of Alfa wheels for sale on ebay.it and a few of the sellers do ship international but its not going to be a cheap option

I think they're more of a satin silver rather than gloss silver.

I had a feeling they might, they are quite a fussy rim compared to the styling of the car. Gutted as I love them....will have to save up for a Lancia now

On an aside, and I do apologise if this has been asked, I'm just being extremely lazy, but what are the standard wheel width's and offset?

And what is the widest rim known to be fitted to a GTV? Would an 8.5" wheel prove difficult?

I have found a pair of GTA Wheels with Michelin Pilot Sports tyres on them with alot of tread left on them. The guy wanted $2,300 AUD (1150 GBP) for them but then got him down to $2,000 (1000 GBP) which he says is the lowest hell go. So far Ive offered him $1,000 (500GBP) which he wont take. I told him Ive seen BBS CH wheels with tyres for that price and his wheels shouldnt be any better than that. So see what he will com back with if he lowers his price. $2,000 is far too much to pay.

I think 1000GBP is pretty high but if the condition of the wheels and tyres is near perfect then not quite so bad but 500GBP is more realistic.

I have the michelins PS2's on my GTA wheels - very happy with them

I sold my GTA rims with decent tyres for 300 but they were in need of a re-furb. I agree with pascs that they should be nearer the 500 mark but then im not sure about wheel/tyre prices over there compared to over here.

Whoooo Hoooo ! I just bought the set of GTA Wheels that I was talking about thanks to everyones help in getting the price down for me. He really believed everything I said to him and brought the price down to $1500 or 750 GBP

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....id=p2761.l1259

Will I need spacers or anything for them does anyone know ?

Finally

The wheels should just got straight on without spaces. The offset should be 35mm compared to the GTV 30.5mm but the GTA wheels have loads of clearance inside the wheel so should be fine for the Brembo calipers.

Check your wheel bolts have about 8mm of thread screwed into the hub when the bolts are tight - the 156 GTA use a shorter bolt than the GTV and I'm not sure if this is due to the wheel design or hub design

Can I just use the normal GTV Bolts ?

The Michelin Pilot Sports are meant to be the best of the best arent they ?!

ausalfa.com • View topic - GTA wheels on my GTV

(sorry, if we arent sposed to link to other forums)

Eugene has used 12mm spacers on the front and 20mm on the rear. pics pre lowering and post lowering also (*this may be a consideration for you?)

Dont see any problem refering to the Australian Alfa website.

Thanks Elm

I think Ill be keeping it as standard as possible apart from Koni/Bilsteins and Q2 thats all Ill be doing. Otherwise If I wanted a brilliant sports car Id be looking towards a Porsche Boxster where everything is set up correctly already.
