Flat Battery

Just taken my Spider to France, but so embarassing on the Ferry
overnight the battery went totally flat. The battery is only a few months old and I don't know why this happened. I did leave the keys
in the ignition can this somehow cause this problem. Same thing happened with my son's GTV.

Re: FuransuJin

When you turn it off, there's a little black button next to the ignition which, if you push it, allows you to turn the key one extra stop before you take it out. This leaves the sidelights on when you lock the car. Is it possible that's what you did? Or, since you mentioned you left the keys in, could the lights have been on?
