Oil cooler pipe V6
As per my previous thread, I had a closer look and oil was indeed leaking from the oil cooler pipe where it joined the oil filter plate at the back of the engine. The nut had worked loose. It is sandwiched between the driveshaft, manifold and starter motor and I couldn't get either a spanner or a socket on it. My local garage temporarily stopped the leak for me by tapping the nut around with a hammer and blunt screwdriver, but obviously I want a more permanent solution.
Has anyone changed these themselves or watched them being done? How did you get access?
