take the olds ones out put new ones in

from what i gather you have to remove the inlet manifold to reach the rears
I am going to go for Iridium when mine need doing as these last lot longer and actually perform better had them on my Punto HGT

while doing plugs good time to swap the inlet for a GTA one

I've got a GTA inlet manifold on my 3.0 156 - there is no difference between this inlet manifold (internally) and the one originally found on the 3.0, or the 2.5 for that matter. Its not a performance modification, but I can't deny that it doesn't look good.
