Powerflex help needed!

I've just replaced the bushes in the spring arm with powerflex ones as the rest were done a few months ago and I've only just had the chance to finish them. To say they where tight would be an understatement! Managed to get them in somehow, put it all back together as it says in the manual, dropped it off the stands and I've now got a land rover! The arms move up and down using a jack but not with the wheel on.

Anyone know what I've done wrong? I've now got a GTV that's been lowered 40mm and has nearly 5 inches of arch clearance!!

Any help would be appreciated!

Re: Powerflex help needed!

you should move the car a few meters ,then the car will lower itself (wheels are in straight line after using jack) .This will help a lot alreaddy
then u can loosen the bolts from arms a bit when car is on it's wheels so the bushes can set and then fasten
