Firstly, not been on in a while... lady trouble!
in my ear all day long! Oh, seen a black Spider today in Lincoln... isn't one on her is it?
OK, so I think I have a water leak... well, the substance is water... Anyhow, I gave my car a bit of a run today and as usual she sits on 80+ loverly. Now, the temp gauge is usually around 50 from starting onwards and around them speeds and stays steady until I reach the city after day out on faster roads... when it'll go up to 90 or so, which is to be expected due to the heat and slower speeds.
Now, today, it sat on just under 90 on the gauge, but lowered to around 50 degress at times... When I looked under the car there was a small amount of water dripping from the tubing at the back of the engine, 1 drip every 5 seconds or so... sorry I can say exactly the correct area, I dont know much about engines, but enjoy driving, hence the alfa!
Now, does this sound like a big problem or something that will be quickly resolved? The dripping has now stopped, as the car has been stationary for 3 hours or so.
Any details or information of the next steps I should take would be very much appreciated.
