Alternative Clutch part

Hi Guys,

I'm still shopping around for a new clutch and I'm having problems getting a price lower than about 170, which seems a lot. There are some reasonably priced units going on a famous auction site... my part number is 71718090, does anyone know if there's an alternative to this? Would the 156 clutch fit?

I've heard of a lot of people using 156 clutches, and GTA clutches, so it ought to...

Yes - see the other thread (and others in the past). Its cheaper and lighter so revs pick up quicker. Various specialists now recommend it over the original.
