You need to get hold of an original cover from a 'spoilered' car that follows the profile of the parcel shelf and hides where the third brakelight would have been (having removed the light first, which is easy).
For the completely original look you will need to replace the rear windscreen as the black edging differs for models 'with' or 'without' the third brakelight in the window. I went the other way so had to do this as the light is not visible through the edging which is impossible to remove. you have a choice of course. Fortunately in my case this corresponded with an accident in the garage which was covered by insurance.
I suggest you just get a cover so you have the normal three light look, and live with the glass.
