GTV 51 reg 2.0 front pipe flexi - CAT replacement?
Hello fellow enthusiasts,
Having had my GTV 72k service by Wyn in keighley (very reasonable and good) it was noticed that the front flexi that ajoins the dual CAT to the front pipe is broke. This cannot be replaced on 2000's and 2001's GTV's without replacing the double CAT which is £400 just for the part from a specialist - not Alfa!!!
As the rest of the exhaust is looking tired I was thinking of having a powerflow fitted but they are not sure if they can fabricate the CAT pipe I mention and how much this would be.
Does anyone know of anywhere that may do this and an idea of the cost would be appreciated - also is there anywhere in northwest/west yorks that would chop out and replace the flex as there is nothing wrong with the existing and expensive double CAT that goes into the manifold/engine?
Please help Alfa and specifically GTV owners!!!
