On friday I had my 3.0 v6 spider delivered. After driving it around on a lovely sunny weekend (luckily), I am glad I made the decision to buy it. So far so good, I like the noise, driving it, etc.

I have already ordered some clear side repeaters as the car is silver, ive got a HU from my old car to pop in at some point soon and my private plate to go on it at the weekend hopefully. Its had a good reception too among friends and family as many havent seen one before, which is nice.

I live in Gants Hill in NE london, I noticed a couple of GTV's in the area and an identical spider too, dont know if they are on here...

Im keen to take the car on track, once im more used to it, anyone on here done so and used a particular company?

Ill post some pics when the car has been cleaned and had the bits put on.

haha, i first expected someone to say 'cruizin daan safend'

I know I need a lead to connect my Kenwood HU to the standard alfa wiring but i cant seem to find the correct ISO lead, anyone know where to find it?

There should be a normal ISO connector with the subtle difference of not having an ignition switched live wire (like on most cars), both battery and live connections are connected straight from the battery... doh

A little tinkering and you can fix this though..

i wasnt planning to make it louder than it is, its a good volume atm i think. i quite like the wheels (not the tele ones). i need to set aside petrol money first! i plan to change the sound system next, exhaust isnt on the list atm as its just had a new one fitted before it arrived
