Gtv 3.0 V6

I may be running the risk of been mocked here, but is it feasible to fit the 3.0 V6 into the standard 2.0 Twin spark? If so are there any scary bits I need to be made aware of?

Re: Gtv 3.0 V6

Anything is possible, but why bother to do that instead of trading in for a V6. I would expect it to be much cheaper to do the latter, less downtime, you get a car that could be sold on eventually rather than a conversion which will be worth nothing on the sceptical open market, and the V6 comes with other niceties as standard (lusso pack) plus uprated brakes, wheels and suspension to cope with the extra power and front weight.

It's possible but not feasable I think. I talked to someone who did this transplant on a Spider and he advised strongly againt anyone trying it. The electronics and a lot of invisible things are completely different for a V6!
