New '97 Gtv v6 Tb

Hi guys! I've bought a new '97 Gtv and i have some plans to make the car more beatiful,
I want to make the dashboard and the insturment panel like the 2nd versions, has anybody done it before? If not,do u think its possible to make? I think i will need new fuel, engine temperature gauge and a new clock and also new air condition buttons.Im pretty sure that there will be no problem with the clocks but im not sure about the air condition system.Version 2's have automatic climate control and older models dont,so is that can be a problem? What do you think?
And also i want to change the wheels with 17" wheels, offset of the wheels of Gtv's and Spider's are different than 156's i think;so whats the exact size of the wheels?
One final question; i also want to re-map the ecu, upsolute chiptuning says the car will be 245 ps, i believe that might be true but,i never used a turbocharged car before and im not sure if it forces the engine too much.I think it makes higher pressure on the turbo so you can have greater power... Is that right???
Thanks and have a good day...

Re: New '97 Gtv v6 Tb

Re the 17" wheels.
The GTV would normally use 17"x7.5" with an offset (ET) of 30mm.
You would use 225/45R17 tyres (W rated).

In comparison, 17"x7" 156 wheels will have an offset of 40mm and 156 GTA 17"x7.5" wheels have an offset of 35mm.
