Brake fluid

OK boys, daft question this I fear, but at the risk of revealing my ignorance....

The brake hoses/pipes were replaced on my car a year ago. Does that mean all of the brake fluid would have had to have been drained and replaced or not?

I ask as it's service time coming up and was wondering whether the fluid will need replacing, as the previous service invoices last show a change 3 years ago.

Re: Brake fluid

Q1. Would of thought so.: Q2. dead easy to do, so lng as no seized /corroded bleed nipples are encountered. Well worth doing, imo.:
