ECU Reset

I replaced my MAF yesterday, do I need to reset the ecu after doing this? I disconnected the battery for 10 minutes while changing the part, thought that this would erase any setting the computer was holding, but the car is still not idling properly. Is there anything else I need to do? or do I need to look at other parts to cure the idle problem?

Re: ECU Reset

I'm not sure if it makes any difference but I usually leave the batt off for a good hour or two. then do the key to first click leave for 90s, turn of then start up and let it idle for about 5 mins before taking out for a good blast.
