Front brake disc rubbing

Just had my car returned after a clutch job and although car has been standing for a few weeks the brakes were a little seized. now the front brakes rub and grind but only when turning to the left?? could this still be due to the seizure or something more ???

also managed to get forced onto the pavement by a lorry this morning scraped the under side up and down the kerb was going walking pace but still a lot of noise, a few hours later i got a dragging noise then something dropped off but was on dual carriageway and unable to stop. sump looks ok but now get a knocking on full lock?? any ideas will the repairs and my luck ever change???

Re: Front brake disc rubbing

Grinding/catching noise when you turn is possibly the heat sheild/splash gaurd around the back of the brake disc, easily bent when work's done on the car.

Can't help with the rest, sounds like you may have damaged the undertray, if you're running with one!
