Afraid that the motor is not repairable, the magnets are glued to the motor casing and these come unstuck. Even if you could restick them you could never get it all back together due to the way it's put together.
You have to buy the whole thing but don't worry - second hand ones are readily available from places like breakersyard.com and similar, do a google. Cost about £50 - £60. There is one site, may even be the one above, not sure, that lets you put in what you want and then breakers will e mail you with details.
New ones are about £120.00 from someone like EB Spares.
Do a Thread search on this, lots of info on here. Regarding putting things back together, a few frustrations can occur. If you get the bowden cable between the inside door handle and the lock even slightly out of position it will appear that the lock is seized, even the key will not turn it. Check at everything at every stage of reassembly, not difficult but a little extra time spent checking may save you having to pull it apart again.
