Re: Reviving The Soft Top
Be careful when washing it. Be sure you do not use any hard brush or anything like that, as it will damage the material. Instead use a good cloth and I found it best when just mixing the soft top cleaner with plenty of water to get it well worked into the material. Only use proper soft top cleaner don't use any old cleaner. There are various places to get (i used halfords) and brands you can try.
Then just use plenty of water and wash it all through and out again. It's not a 2 second job it will take some time to get it properly cleaned, and may take several go's. If you want you can apply conditioner after cleaning too.
I would try doing it only on a nice dry day (preferably some sunlight to help drying)
I would also try giving it a clean every weekend or something like that for a few weeks and see how it comes along. Don't expect it to be perfect first time.. takes some washes to get it nice again..
At the very least this way you should be able to get rid of any real bad stains and mould patches..
