Making a false floor isn't too difficult, use some stiff card to make templates and then transfer shape to some medite or ply, thickness depends on the strength it needs but i would use at least 5/8".
If there is any water getting into the boot wbp ply would be a better bet as medite will absorb moisture, you could also mix some resin and brush it on the false floor to seal it from moisture, especially the edges.
If you have the false floor fitted you could then make an amp rack which could be mounted upright to the floor and this would save you drilling into the rear bulk head.
If you have not purchased the Basslink yet I would recommend a 4 channel amp and seperate sub, this will give you more options and will be easier to integrate into your "build".
