Alfa gtv interior fan not working after rad change

Hi,
I've just changed the radiator on my gtv. Alls fine except the interior fan no longer works?? I've swopped over the heater control unit but no joy. Checked all connections and the ac 30 amp fuse. Is there another fuse which controls the fan? Or any other suggestions?
Thanks again.
Ty

Well the fan started but the compressor keeps clicking and is not very cold. It then just starts to blow hot with no fan on. I've changed the heater control unit once before which sorted it out. The heater control unit only has one light on. So the bulbs have blown. Is there a short somewhere? I'll change the unit again but would love to solve the problem. Would the rad change have jarred something? Your kind advice, as always, is very helpful.
