No code exists. Few alloy refurb people know how/can do it. Lepsons in Kent did mine and are widely known on here. There may be others though. You ask for "Black Chrome Heavy silver" .....and that's where the problem lies - it's an unspecified amount of extra silver!

Not sure if this will help you but -

My original Cup wheels when you compare them standard Alfa silver alloys have a brown nickel tint rather than a blue silver tint.

Having had mine changed from non-Cup to Cup, I'm not sure I did the right thing.

When I change the body colour over, I'll get the boots changed back to standard.

I had mine done by Lepsons, (via Andy Maguire), who was kind and trusting enough to send me a set of 17"'s refurbed to Cup colour so that I could compare them with my originals before committing to purchase. Needless to say they were 'spot on' so I had them fitted and returned my originals to Andy.
Lepsons are definitely the way to go.

For quite a while now we've been recommending Lepsons for getting the Cup colour correct but.......................I've recently heard that they're now doing the 'Black Chrome' effect & leaving the inner rim & back of wheel black.

Original Cup alloys have grey inner rims & back face.

This link might be the correct colour, Power Silver: Alfa Romeo Power Silver - ?54.82 : Wheel Paints

...but this warns of possible problems for the DIYer: Hyper Silvers : Wheel Paints

I had a new, still in their factory boxes, set of 4 Cup alloys & they were grey on the rear.

Pictures below are of an original Cup alloy which I've partially cleaned the inner side to show the grey factory finish.
