V6 PH2 Throttle Valve Potentiometer

Good evening,

I have had a good old search over the last few days but I haven't manage to find what I am looking for. I was using alfadiag to diagnose a running issue, My issue is that I have a slightly delayed throttle.

It came up with 2 codes P0120: Failed Component Code: Throttle Valve Potentiometer & P1120: Failed Component Code: Throttle valve pedal plausibility or Throttle valve pedal spring control or Throttle valve actuator protection.

So the PH2 V6 has a Throttle Valve Potentiometer. If so is that the black box on the throttle body? As I couldn't find anything around the pedal box or in and around the inlet other than that.

Searching about the forum I found the white connector issue in foot-well (mine appears to of be spliced through) and the TPS reset to which I have tried.

Searching online I found a Bosch TPS for sale for the GTV V6 however I can't find that part anywhere in my car, so I assume it is for a different model (even though it states fitment for my year/model).

Any advise would be appreciated.

You don't state if your V6 is a 12 valve or 24 valve
The V6 12 valve don't not have drive by wire. It has a throttle cable and have a position sensor on the side of the throttle body

I have attached the wiring for the two engine controls

It is above the throttle pedal behind fuse board, trace the cable with white connector back towards pedal and you will find it
It's an absolute pig to get to best done by lying on your back in footwell with legs on seat !!

Sorry I assumed the PH2 were all 24v. I will have another look under the dash above the pedals, I guess I need to have a better look under there! Thanks for the replies.
