Just swapping over a freshly peened inlet manifold (the 2 solid pieces with 3 holes in each that bolt to the side of the head). After removing the injectors I've noticed that one of them has a cracked pintle cap.
What's the bet. Buy a new injector? Get a second hand one? Get a service kit (can only find http://mrinjectoruk.co.uk)?
Send them off to be serviced (would need to be in Cornwall as I need to get back on the road by Saturday)? How do these tend to get damaged?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
