under dash earth point on a 1997 spider

hi all

i have some strange electrical problems on the spider and it looks as though the under dash earth point is likely to be the problem

anyone know where it is ?

GTV TS (Rosso) Phase 1

Try below the A pillar on the driver's side. So, take off the fusebox cover and have a look in that area. You may have to move some connectors tucked up there.

thanks a lot,have now found the earth problem.Well wasnt the earth afterall,the yellow relay for the heater/air con was dead.Just ordered one from ebay.Plus there looks to have been a water leak on the heater as the connectors on the left /under it we furry and corroded.Hopefully all will be sorted when the ne relay arrives.
