GTA or 156 Clutch & Flywheel for my GTV?

I am trying to find out what would be better to drop in my GTV 3.0l 24v Lusso. A GTA clutch & flywheel or the ones out the 156? And any ideas where to get them from? Can find the clutch kits no problem but no sign of the flywheel's. Could someone also please tell me what model of them I need to be looking for parts for? Hope that makes sense. Bought my GTV yesterday pretty cheap so have some money to spend on it.

Autolusso for the flywheel

And the 156 2,5L one is lighter than the GTA one (7kg vs. 8kg)

yep, not much between a GTA & 2.5V6 flywheel, but a 2.5V6 one will be a lot easier to find.

Hi,

the question to ask :
Is your Gtv a ph1 5-speed ?

If so, no need to change the flywheel !

Cheers,
Seb.

Yes my GTV is a Phase 1. So how come no need to change flywheel? Is it not dual mass?

Phase 1 V6 do not have a DMF.
The Phase 1 flywheel is also lighter than the GTA part...

Correction to that.
LHD Ph1 V6 don't have DMF.
RHD Ph1 V6 got a DMF in January 1998.

Ok, cheers for your help. I got a good price for it all now anyway. A garage in edinburgh is doing it all for the same price autolusso would charge me. So I'm getting new clutch kit, maybe flywheel and q2. Should drive like a dream after that, not that it doesn't already
