Front speaker component wiring/set-up

For you goes that have installed your own..

The sets of wire there at the moment are the door speaker and the tweeter.. Which set have you used for the 'in' feed into the crossover? The main wire to the old woofer? then run new cable to the new woofer and tweeter?

Which is posi and neg out of the purple and pink wire as they are both striped!?

And finally.. where and how have you mounted the crossover!?

I screwed my crossover on the back of the door card, under the armrest.

Doesnt matter which block connector you use, theyre both the same signal.

Nice work. Got a new headunit and front splits waiting for an install at home. Been about 10 years since I've installed a stereo so hopefully I won't screw it up!
