Do these filters actually make a difference? I had a very similar carbon enclosed filter on my old Leon and all it did was make a very nice noise to make me believe it was quicker. It was a lot of money for essentially a nice looking 'box'.
I read somewhere on the 'net that normally aspirated cars don't really need an induction kit and a performance replacement filter does the job well enough. Turbo'd cars were a different matter. Is this right? |
