Rust under the spoiler

My GTV has a spoiler and I have just found two very rusty screws holding it on. I took the screws out had a look under the spoiler and found that the rust has gone through onto the boot metal on both the underside and on top of the boot.

Has anyone else noticed this, or am I just unlucky? The whole boot is going to need a re spray to sort this out properly.

I have a 52 plate GTV with 25,000 miles on the clock. Surely the bodywork shouldn't be corroding already?

Oh, also I want to get a full service and have the cam belt replaced soon. Can anyone recommend a decent garage near Crewe in Cheshire?
