Alternative Exhaust Manufacturer

I fired off an email earlier today to a company called Quicksilver www.quicksilverexhausts.com, who do exausts for some very exotic super cars (check out the case studies section) as they listed the 156GTA as one that they do.

They have quoted £596 including VAT & delivery for a sports system -from the CAT back, featuring 2 x 2.5" rolled tips.

Anyone used Quicksilver before? Anyone know what they sound like?

I will ask them if the have any pictures and if they do I will post one up.

Do you have a sound clip?

Daft question as well, but how much of the exhaust is fromthe CAT and back? I take it is is more than just the rear box and a foot or so of pipe to join up?

I had a Quicksilver exhaust fitted to my 33 16v and I thought that it sounded fantastic. My wife did not like it and could hear the car a few minutes before I reached our house!

Would love to have a sound clip!
