Problems with radio/phone

Has any one else had problems with their radio/phone fitted as standard in the GTA. Started the car up and there,s nothing at all. Checked the fuses all OK in the end its gone back to Germany to be fixed hopefully, as its out of warranty and they are not cheap to replace.

Have you put a voltmeter on the connector to check its actually getting power?

Yes there is power to the radio itself there,s lights coming on for the power button and light for the sim card.
