ooh yea, now I do like that! I think someone just played around with the contrast and brightness on a standard picture but they sure did a nice job.

I shoot cars for a living. On a DSLR shoot with a 20 - 25mm....... headlamp height and alight the front nearside wheel with the rear offside

BG should be as plain OR as graphically stunning as possible, never ......just a background

Shoot in a clear sky immediately after the sun has set. Never shoot in direct light.

90% of commercial car shots are within 10% of this formula

Same as me then. Do you reckon they are any good? I haven't had my car on a track yet but for driving fast on the roads in the dry, I've not driven much that can corner like mine can.

I couldn't decide which one either..

And I have a question.. If I get quad exhaust, how to deal with the mesh? I don't think cutting it myself would look pretty..

Take a picture of the mesh with the exhaust recess.

Load into graphics package and flip 180 degrees.

Take measurements on the actual size and adjust your image to match

Print to real life dimensions.

Voila - a template for cutting the mesh.

Never done this but reckon it would work. You could use a dremel with a cutting wheel to get a pretty accurate cut.

Re: One of my fav pics of my GTA..

Well, given its over-reading by quite alot at those speeds, I'd say it was about 165mph-ish. Standard top speed is about 155, so its about right.

What mods do you have Freeman to get that kind of output?
